Signing in
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there’s no password. Enter the email the studio has on file for your family, and we’ll email you a code. If it doesn’t arrive within a minute, check your spam folder. If the email you use isn’t recognized, contact the studio so we can update your family’s records.
Notifications
The app can send push notifications for class and studio announcements. You can turn notifications on or off, mute individual classes, or set quiet hours in the app’s Profile settings, or in your device’s system settings. Announcements always remain visible in the app’s feed even if push is off.
Missing classes or a second parent/guardian
Your dancer’s classes are set up automatically from the studio’s records. If a class is missing, or you’d like a second parent or guardian to have their own access to a dancer’s classes, contact the studio and we’ll get it linked.
